Our story began on the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica, where Maikol Arce and Margarita Gomez grew up surrounded by family traditions, fresh local ingredients, and a deep love for cooking. From an early age, the kitchen became more than a place to prepare food — it became a place to bring people together.
